A love letter to MS Paint.
I’ve loved Microsoft Paint since I was a kid. It wasn’t fancy. It was free, and it was mine. No account, no template telling me what my art should look like. Just a blank rectangle and whatever I felt like doing to it.
I never stopped making things. For years I’ve made digital collages, cutting things out and stacking them into little worlds. And I kept wishing someone would make Paint the way I always wanted it. Simple and playful, with tools that actually work.
Nobody built it, so I did.

Now and then I might add a sticker or background pack, made with artists or pulled from public domain archives. Always optional, always one time, and always cheaper than a pack of nice gum.
We’ve all gotten a little too polished and a little too templated. So cut something up. Make it weird. It’s yours.
